Sessions last 50 minutes.

In-person sessions at my private practice room in London are £100.00. Online or in-person sessions at my private practice room in Tunbridge Wells are £80.00.

I am an approved provider of counselling and psychotherapy for Vitality Health, Aviva, and Cigna. Unfortunately, AXA Health EAP and Bupa cannot be accepted.

Please check with your provider to confirm if psychotherapy and counselling sessions are covered, ascertaining how many sessions are included and if there are any restrictions (e.g. time limitations, amount). Please note you are responsible for any payments accrued regardless of the type of insurance cover you have.
